Sardines in brine
1 can sardines in brine
1 egg
50g breadcrumbs
chopped coriander
salt, black pepper
optional seasoning: cayenne pepper, cardamom etc.
Mix up breadcrumbs, coriander and all seasoning.
Beat the egg with a fork. Dip the sardines in the egg, then in seasoned breadcrumbs.
Fry in the frying pan from both sides.
Serve as the snack with spicy tomato sauce.
