SARDINES FOR BREAKFAST

If you’re looking for a breakfast that’s a little out of the ordinary, try this one. With a few vegetables, sardines and eggs, you can create an exquisite and visually pleasing recipe. What’s more, it only takes a few minutes to make.

INGREDIENTS

2 potatoes (sweet potatoes can be used)
2 eggs
1 tin sardines in olive oil/vegetables
¼ teaspoon spicy paprika powder
Salt, black pepper
Optional: chopped herbs of your choice (parsley, dill, etc.)

PREPARATION

  1. Slice the potatoes and boil for one minute (or until tender).
  2. Fry the eggs. Sprinkle with paprika powder, salt and black pepper.
  3. Serve the potatoes, then the sardines and egg on the plate.
  4. Sprinkle with herbs.
