SARDINES FOR BREAKFAST
If you’re looking for a breakfast that’s a little out of the ordinary, try this one. With a few vegetables, sardines and eggs, you can create an exquisite and visually pleasing recipe. What’s more, it only takes a few minutes to make.

INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes (sweet potatoes can be used)
2 eggs
1 tin sardines in olive oil/vegetables
¼ teaspoon spicy paprika powder
Salt, black pepper
Optional: chopped herbs of your choice (parsley, dill, etc.)
PREPARATION
- Slice the potatoes and boil for one minute (or until tender).
- Fry the eggs. Sprinkle with paprika powder, salt and black pepper.
- Serve the potatoes, then the sardines and egg on the plate.
- Sprinkle with herbs.
