INGREDIENTS
1 can of sardines in brine
1 egg
50g of breadcrumbs
Chopped coriander
Salt, black pepper
optional seasoning: cayenne pepper, cardamom, etc.
PREPARATION
- Mix the breadcrumbs, cilantro and all the seasonings.
- Beat the egg with a fork. Dip the sardines in the egg, then in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Fry them on both sides in the pan.
- Serve as a snack with a spicy tomato sauce.
