INGREDIENTS

1 can of sardines in brine
1 egg
50g of breadcrumbs
Chopped coriander
Salt, black pepper
optional seasoning: cayenne pepper, cardamom, etc.

PREPARATION

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs, cilantro and all the seasonings.
  2. Beat the egg with a fork. Dip the sardines in the egg, then in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry them on both sides in the pan.
  4. Serve as a snack with a spicy tomato sauce.
