Pâtes aux tomates et à la sardine

PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND SARDINES

No more boring, ordinary pasta. This recipe adds a little spice. Arm yourself with a tin of sardines in tomato sauce, pasta (of course) and a little spice and you’re ready to go. So easy to make, yet the taste far exceeds expectations.

INGREDIENTS

300g pasta
1 tin of sardines in tomato sauce
400ml tomato sauce
2 tablespoons small capers
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup chopped fresh coriander

PREPARATION

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Drain and add the tomato sauce, sardines and capers.
  3. Reheat.
  4. Add the coriander and lemon juice.
